In 1995 Horizon Motorhomes commenced production on Toyota Coaster and Mazda buses. Operating in the workshop of Ballina Campervan & Leisure centre. Just three years later with the release of the highly successful Mercedes Benz sprinter the Horizon wattle was created and consumer acceptance was overwhelming. In 2004 Horizon's manufacturing facility moved to a larger more modern facility in Ballina major industrial estate. In 2008 an even larger factory was purchased. Both these moves have allowed room for more exacting setting up and more thorough testing. The staff were required to have one special qualification, namley a passion for perfection. Horizons success has not come by chance ... it has come from constant ongoing research, development and exhausting testing ... and in many cases thinking outside the square ... consant striving to widen Horizons.
